Join us for Rainbow Reception August 28th from 5-7 PM in the GBPAC!
If your organization would like to host an informational booth at the Fall 2019 Rainbow Reception, please fill out this form by August 14th.
- Organizations will be asked to set up by 4:45 PM in the lobby of Gallagher Bluedorn, but can begin arriving at 4 PM
- Organizations will be offered a 6 foot table and a chair by default, unless otherwise noted
- Creative displays are encouraged and can be considered as well
- Food and beverages will be provided at the event
- Due to a limited amount of space, we will be prioritizing organizations that work directly with inclusion initiatives or resources impacting our LGBTQ+ students. Selected booths will be notified of acceptance no later than August 14th. If we are not able to offer you a table, we would still encourage attendance for those that wish to celebrate our community to start the school year off on the right note.
