Associate Director/Student Wellness
Mark directs student wellness programming and services, including health promotion, substance abuse and violence intervention. He collaborates with campus and community partners on efforts to address priority student health and wellness issues that impact student retention and success. Mark chairs the Healthy Campus Coalition and co-chairs the Campus Violence Prevention Team and Victim Services Team. Additionally, he provides individual substance abuse assistance to students and works closely with key violence prevention initiatives at the university.
Health Educator/Victim Services Advocate
Joan provides a range of advocacy and support for students who have been victims of relationship violence, stalking, harassment, physical and sexual assault. She also provides support and guidance to individual and groups of students regarding enhancement of personal health behaviors, particularly related to eating. Joan coordinates Peer Health Education, which provides programs specific to priority health and wellness issues for college students.
Wellness Graduate Assistant
Lanie serves as member of the Student Wellness Services team on campus. She works with the Peer Health Educators, helps coordinate various wellness initiatives and projects throughout campus, and manages wellness social media.
